The Charger does work, BUT (key word) it can be a challenge to align the controller so that the controller fits into the mini USB plug and fit into the existing holder. You feel like you have to smash or force the controller into place. I often feel like I will scratch or damage the controller using the stand. You have to either be very patient or very dexterous to get the controller in on the first try. The concept on how to use the charger is clear, but execution is almost a fail alone.Also I found the LEDs are WAY to bright for my liking (especially the blue), but that a common problem with most electronics this day of age. So I am not taking Stars of of this. But this segways to my next complaint.I will take off stars for the fact that I found out as I am taking this apart to get in and try to dim the LEDs that this thing is missing screws all over, only two screws are used to hold down the bottom plate to the base (you have to carefully peel away the foam padding to find the screws) , and there 4 screw holes provided.
